Atrasta kļūda Bitmain ražoto maineru Antminer S15 programmnodrošinājumā
Bitcoin Core izstrādātājs Džeomss Gillards atradis Bitmain ražotās ierīces Antminer S15 programmnodrošinājumā kļūdu, kas varētu ļaut hakeriem pilnībā to pārņemt savā kontrolē, mainīt adresi, uz kuru nosūtāmi iegūtie bitkoini vai pat atslēgt ierīci:
@BITMAINtech tried and failed to lock down the S15 firmware, I identified the vulnerability and @00whiterabbit wrote/tested the attack code.
